3D Animations and Renders for EMF Gym Development in Flagstone

We were engaged to produce the pre-construction visual content for a gym development in Flagstone, Queensland. The scope covered a branded 3D animation video and a complete set of architectural render stills showing the facility inside and out.

What We Produced

The deliverables for this project split into two distinct outputs: a motion piece for promotional use and a set of static renders for marketing collateral and stakeholder presentations.

3D Animation Video

The animation walks through the gym facility with a structured camera path covering the exterior approach, entry, and key interior spaces. We paired the footage with a music track and applied the client’s branding throughout. The result is a self-contained promotional clip that works across social media, website embeds, and sales presentations without needing additional editing on the client’s end.

Render Stills

Alongside the animation, we produced a full set of render stills covering multiple viewpoints and interior zones. These give the client static assets they can use across print, digital advertising, and project hoarding without being locked into a single format.

Why This Format Works for Commercial Projects

Gym developments are a different sell to residential property. You’re not showing someone where they’ll live. You’re showing them what the facility will feel like to train in, and often you’re doing that for a membership or franchise audience before a single piece of equipment is installed.

Having both a motion piece and static renders gives the client flexibility. The animation works for social and digital campaigns where you need to grab attention quickly. The stills work for everything else, including presentations to council, investors, or potential franchise partners who want to sit with the detail.

For a development in Flagstone, which is a growth corridor still building its commercial profile, strong pre-construction visuals matter. They establish credibility for the project before the building exists.

The Outcome

The client left with a branded animation ready to publish and a full library of render stills they could deploy across any channel or format. Both outputs were built to be used independently or together, depending on what stage of the campaign they’re running.
