Recently, Visual Spaces had the opportunity to document the significant steps in the construction process at 56 West Wyberba St. Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Tugun, this development presents an exciting addition to the area. Our task was to capture a pivotal moment—the concrete pour—along with other building progress, using non-drone methods due to airspace restrictions.

For this project, our team arranged the on-site capture of video footage and worked closely with Marcel Marais to finalise the schedule. It’s crucial to get the timing right in fast-moving projects like this, where our half-day on-site creative fee ensured we were there precisely when needed. With careful planning and coordination, we captured essential progress moments.

Once the footage was captured, our team took it back to our studio for off-site editing. Our goal was to distil the on-site work into a dynamic 10-15 second clip. The result is a concise and engaging snapshot of the project that highlights a key stage of its development.
