Aerial Photography and Bioenergy Precinct Video for Cunningham Highway, Kalbar

January 30, 2026 - 2 minutes read

This project involved aerial photography and a video production created to support land sales and development opportunities at 6202 Cunningham Highway in Kalbar, within the Scenic Rim region.

The site forms part of a proposed agricultural and bioenergy precinct, anchored by an Australian-first bioenergy facility developed by Kalfresh. The facility converts organic waste into renewable electricity, renewable natural gas for heavy vehicles, and natural fertiliser, creating a closed-loop system designed to support both the precinct and the local grid.

Our role was to visually communicate the scale of the site, its strategic location, and the subdivision potential in a way that could be quickly understood by investors, operators, and prospective buyers.

High-resolution aerial photography was captured to establish context. This included the relationship to the Cunningham Highway, surrounding agricultural land, and regional transport connections. From there, we overlaid detailed site plans directly onto the aerial imagery, allowing proposed lot layouts to be clearly understood against real-world boundaries and access points.

Video production expanded on this by incorporating motion graphics to animate lot outlines, sizes, and zoning opportunities. These animated elements were carefully designed to guide viewers through the precinct, highlighting development flexibility while keeping the visuals clean and legible.

The final video was structured in an Information Memorandum style format, making it suitable for online listings, investor presentations, and data room use. Combined with the aerial photography and graphic assets, the content provides a clear and practical overview of both the current site conditions and the future development opportunity.
