Drone Aerial Mapping (Orthomosaic)

Aerial Site Maps Built for Marketing and Planning

We capture drone aerial maps that are both visually clean and technically accurate.
Each site is processed into a distortion-free orthomosaic map that works just as well in marketing collateral as it does for planning, coordination, and internal use.

This gives you one reliable aerial asset that serves multiple purposes across the project lifecycle.

Strong Visuals for Marketing Collateral
Orthomosaic maps provide a clean, professional overview of the site that works naturally in marketing materials.
Accurate Base Imagery for Site Planning
Beyond marketing, these maps function as a practical planning tool.
One Asset, Multiple Uses
Instead of commissioning separate visuals for different teams, an orthomosaic map serves both external and internal needs.

How It’s Captured

  1. A structured flight plan is created for the site

  2. The drone captures overlapping aerial imagery

  3. Images are processed into a single orthomosaic map

  4. The final map is reviewed and delivered

The process can be repeated at different stages of the project to maintain consistency over time.

What You’ll Receive

  • A high-resolution orthomosaic aerial map

  • Supplied as a downloadable image or interactive format

  • Ready for use in marketing, planning, and reporting

Optional upgrades can include higher accuracy capture or repeat mapping across project milestones.

Why project-specific drone mapping gives you more control than public satellite images

Drone Aerial Mapping vs Satellite Imagery

Satellite imagery is useful for general location context, but it isn’t designed for active development projects. Drone aerial mapping provides current, accurate, and purpose-captured site imagery that can be relied on for both planning and marketing.

Satellite Mapping

Captured for Your Project, Not the Public
Drone aerial mapping is flown on demand, so the imagery reflects current site conditions and project stages. Satellite imagery is updated infrequently and is often out of date by the time a project is underway.
Accurate and Free from Distortion
Drone aerial maps are typically captured at around 1–3 centimetres per pixel, making small site features and surface changes clearly visible. Satellite imagery is usually around 30–50 centimetres per pixel, where fine detail is lost and edges become unclear.
Designed for Marketing and Planning Use
Drone orthomosaic maps are corrected for distortion and scale, making them suitable for planning overlays, reports, and marketing collateral. Satellite imagery is intended for general viewing and is not reliable for professional project use.
