Drone View Line Photography and Interactive Viewer for Nobbies Beach Development

For this project at Nobbys Beach on the Gold Coast, our focus was on documenting future coastal outlooks across multiple building levels using height-accurate drone capture. The goal was to create reliable aerial imagery that reflects true line-of-sight conditions, allowing project teams to clearly demonstrate how views change with elevation.
These visuals support early design decisions and provide confidence when communicating view value to buyers, consultants, and marketing teams.

Height-Based View Capture
We completed a series of 180° panoramic captures at nominated slab heights, each aligned to architectural levels using RTK-enabled drone positioning. This ensured every panorama accurately represented its intended elevation, rather than an estimated or interpolated height.
Each capture highlights the distinct outlook available from that level, from expansive ocean views toward Nobbys Beach through to inland city and hinterland perspectives. By documenting these changes vertically, the imagery clearly shows how outlooks evolve as height increases.
Interactive View Exploration and View Corridor Mapping
To make the content easy to explore, the panoramas were delivered through an interactive viewing platform. This allows users to move between levels and compare outlooks intuitively, rather than relying on static images or descriptions.
The platform enables stakeholders to experience the view corridors directly, helping bridge the gap between drawings, marketing material, and the finished reality of the building.
