Drone Views at Broadbeach’s New 33-Level Apartment Tower

Project Overview & Visual Context
Our objective was to map the future outlooks from multiple elevations and produce aerial perspective imagery that reflects real-world sightlines. These visuals allow developers, architects, and marketers to communicate the value of each level through verified line-of-sight imagery and development view corridors.
Capturing the Future Outlook
We captured a complete set of 180° panoramic images across selected slab heights, each aligned precisely to architectural levels using RTK-enabled drone positioning. The result: height view captures that showcase sweeping Gold Coast coastal and skyline vistas in high detail.
From sunrise over the ocean to sunset behind the city, each panorama reveals the unique elevation-based perspective buyers can expect once construction is complete.
Deliverables: Interactive Viewer & Corridor Mapping
To bring these outlooks to life, we created an interactive viewing app, allowing stakeholders and buyers to explore each level’s panorama seamlessly. Users can move between floors and experience the view corridor capture firsthand — making it easy to connect with the lifestyle and orientation of each apartment.
This interactive viewer transforms static imagery into a dynamic experience, bridging the gap between concept and reality.
