Marketing Content for Stafford Central Commercial Release
May 1, 2025 - 2 minutes readVisual Spaces was engaged by RWC Queensland and Carbone Developments to create a suite of visual content supporting the commercial leasing campaign for Stafford Central — a newly revitalised mixed-use precinct in Brisbane’s inner north.
Located at 240 Stafford Road, the final stage of the development includes a boutique six-level office building offering up to 4,500m² of net lettable area. Our role was to help present this offering to the market in a compelling and clear way, through both pre-built visuals and media captured on location.
3D Renders & Animations
To help communicate the vision of the new office building, we created a set of architectural-grade 3D still renders and a fly-through animation. These visuals gave potential tenants a realistic view of what to expect — highlighting everything from street presence and façade materials to floor plate flexibility and internal layouts. The renders were used across web listings, brochures, and presentations.
Promotional Video Production
We produced a short marketing video combining drone footage, street-level filming, and motion graphics. This video was crafted to appeal to commercial tenants looking for office space in a location with strong retail amenity, good access, and high exposure. The final edit was used on the leasing website and shared by the client for digital outreach.
Photography
To round out the campaign assets, we also captured professional photography of the surrounding precinct, including retail tenants, signage opportunities, and amenities. These images helped ground the project in its real context and complemented the future-focused visualisations.
The result was a cohesive package of content designed to support the leasing strategy from pre-commitment through to occupancy. It was a pleasure to collaborate with both RWC Queensland and Carbone Developments on bringing the final stage of Stafford Central to market.
