Project overview

For the project at 6 Maryland Avenue, Carrara, Visual Spaces was engaged to convert a set of architectural plans into a clear, sales-focused marketing floor plan.
The objective was to translate technical drawings into a visually refined floor plan that could be used confidently across marketing material, listings, and presentations, while staying true to the original architectural intent.

From architectural plans to marketing-ready floor plans
Architectural plans are designed for construction accuracy, not buyer clarity. For this project, our role was to interpret the plans and rework them into a marketing floor plan in a defined visual style suited to Amir Prestige’s branding and target market.
This process involved:
- Simplifying technical elements without losing spatial accuracy
- Refining line weights, proportions, and room relationships
- Applying a consistent visual style aligned with marketing use
- Ensuring the layout reads clearly at both digital and print sizes
The result is a floor plan that communicates layout and flow instantly, without requiring architectural knowledge to understand it.
Designed for marketing, sales, and presentation use
The finished marketing floor plan was created to be flexible and practical. It can be used across online listings, brochures, signage, and sales presentations, giving Amir Prestige a consistent visual asset that supports buyer understanding from first touchpoint through to decision-making.
By focusing on clarity and presentation rather than construction detail, the floor plan becomes a true marketing tool rather than just a technical reference.
Supporting property marketing through visual clarity
This project highlights the value of purpose-built marketing floor plans in residential and small-scale development projects. When plans are illustrated with sales and communication in mind, they help remove friction, answer questions earlier, and support stronger engagement with potential buyers.
