Commercial Photography, Video & 3D Facade Concepts for 266 Roma Street, Brisbane
September 17, 2025 - 1 minute readVisual Spaces partnered with RWC Queensland to produce a full suite of visual media for 266 Roma Street, Brisbane — including commercial photography, video production, and 3D rendered facade upgrade concepts.

The goal was to capture and communicate the property’s strong commercial potential within Brisbane’s CBD, while also visualising future upgrade opportunities that enhance the building’s appeal to prospective tenants and investors.
Bringing Future Possibilities to Life
In addition to on-site photography and aerial footage, we developed 3D visualisations of proposed facade improvements.
These renders helped RWC Queensland present the building’s potential in a clear, realistic way — showing how targeted design enhancements could modernise its street presence and improve overall market perception.
