View Line Photography for Coral by Graya

Coral is Graya’s beachfront debut on the Gold Coast. Sited at 39-41 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach, the Koichi Takada-designed tower sits on one of the last absolute beachfront blocks available on the open Gold Coast coastline. No road between the building and the sand. No foreshore reserve. Direct access from the lobby to the beach. It is a rare site, and the views from it are the product.
Graya engaged Visual Spaces to capture drone view line photography across all 12 levels of the building, one flight per level, to document exactly what buyers will see from their residence.
Why View Line Photography Matters on a Site Like This
On a beachfront site, the view is already understood in broad terms. Buyers know they are facing the ocean. What they do not know without evidence is the precise angle at each level, how much sky they carry, how the headlands sit in the frame, what the foreshore vegetation does to the sightline at lower floors, and how the northern and southern aspects change as the building rises.
That detail is the difference between a prospect who trusts the product and one who waits.
How the Capture Was Done
Visual Spaces flew the DJI Matrice 3E Enterprise with RTK positioning at each floor level, working from georeferenced waypoints to place the drone at the equivalent eye-level position a resident would occupy within the apartment. Capture is repeatable. If the building rises and Graya wants to reconfirm views at any stage of construction, we can return to the same coordinates and deliver matched results.
Twelve levels. Twelve individual captures. Each one placed at the correct height and orientation to represent what the finished residence will see.

All 12 view captures were processed and delivered inside ViewNav, Visual Spaces’ interactive view intelligence platform. Each level is navigable within a single project link, with the ability to compare floor-to-floor differences, review the full 360-degree panorama from each position, and share directly with buyers or project marketing teams.
