A coordinated visual package for the Northwood Estate proposal

Visual Spaces produced the full visual content package for Northwood Estate, a residential precinct proposed by Urban Rise Group. The work supported the planning submission and gave the project team assets they could use straight away across council, marketing and investor presentations.

Capturing the site

We started on the ground with high-detail photography of the site, access points and existing features. Those frames doubled as accurate backplates for the 3D work later in the process.

Drone capture covered the site at multiple heights. We delivered high-resolution orthomosaic stills for accurate site context and short survey-grade clips for quick internal review.

3D renders and animated flythroughs

In the studio we built 3D massing and produced render backplates that placed the proposal into its real surroundings. Renders covered proposed lot layouts, street perspectives and skyline relationships, with animated flythroughs delivered alongside the stills for presentation boards and council packages.

Every asset was colour-matched and formatted for both print and digital use, supplied in multiple sizes and file types so the Urban Rise team could move fast across planning, sales and investor channels.

The result

A coordinated set of visuals that met the proposal’s technical needs and the presentation standards expected at this stage of a residential estate submission.
