Visual Content for Rivergum Heights Estate
April 14, 2026 - 1 minute readA full visual package for the Rivergum Heights Estate proposal
Visual Spaces produced the full visual content package for Rivergum Heights Estate, a residential precinct proposed by Urban Rise Group. The visuals supported planning and stakeholder briefing, with a focus on clear imagery the planners and marketing team could put to work immediately.
Site photography and drone capture
Ground photography covered site features and access points in high detail, providing accurate backplates for the 3D work that followed.
From the air we captured the site at multiple heights. The drone package included high-resolution orthomosaic stills for site context and short survey-grade clips for quick review by the project team.
3D renders and animated flythroughs
In the studio we built 3D massing and produced render backplates showing proposed lot layouts, street perspectives and skyline relationships. Stills and animated flythroughs were delivered together so the team had everything needed for presentation boards and the council package.
All assets were colour-matched and formatted for print and digital, supplied in multiple sizes and file types to suit planning, sales and investor presentations.
The result
A coordinated visual set that matched the proposal’s technical requirements and the presentation standards expected for a residential estate submission of this scale.
